U.S. FM stations have to have an odd number in the
tenths spot. FCC regulations do state that stations
whose transmitters are close enough to each other have
to broadcast a certain frequency distance apart in
order to prevent interference, but this still happens
if somebody is overmodulating or has something wrong
with their transmitter (polarization changes, etc.).
