It's free if you have a mail client or local delivery agent with 
reasonable scripting capabilities.  :-)

For anyone else on the list using procmail as LDA (which I imagine is none 
of you), the following recipe removes Yahoo groups ads:

:0 fbw
* ^Mailing-List:.*@yahoogroups\.com
| sed -e '/^------------------------ Yahoo! Groups Sponsor/,$ d'
