I took the measurements in my garage.  It's probably the most level 
surface I'll find around.  I measured from the floor to the edge of 
the wheel well of the fender (top middle-point of the circle, at the 
edge of the stainless).  The wheel gap above the tire is bigger on 
the driver's side than on the passenger's, and when you stand in 
front of the car and look at it, the driver's front corner sits a bit 
higher.  I mean, it's not like "Holy crap!!!  What's wrong with your 
car?!?!"  It's really not that bad, but as the owner, it's noticeable 
to me and kinda bugs me.  I'm sure you all understand.  :)
