Correct. He's probably #2. That also means he is not the President.
High voter turnout = divided country? Interesting.
Why can't it be as simple as everyone wanted to make sure their voices were
heard by participating the democratic process? Why does it always have to be
a negative connotation? It seems you're taking the election very personally.

And I see it as the HIGH VOTER TURNOUT as an
indication on how divided this country is.. 4 years
ago, Bush told us he would UNITE US. So much for
that.
On the scale of presidential candidates number of
votes, how did Kerry rate? He is probably #2 on the
list. LOL
