And if it isn't the ignition switch then maybe the main
power relay is sticking(it's one of the big ones under a
bracket in the relay compartment.)

The next thing to try is take the steering column plastic
cover off and connect a test light to the wires coming out
of the ignition switch.  Check the terminals with a test
light, and see what changes when the problem comes back.
