[DMCForum] Major door problem

I was installing the delorean northwest door actuator upgrade and 
wings aloft kit.  First I installed the door actuators.  They warn 
you to make the doors think they are closed by manually closing the 
latches so you dont damage something.  I followed it and all went 
fine.  They worked great.  Then I installed the wings aloft kit with 
alarm.  Everything went fine, during the install I had to close to 
doors so I unlatched them.  At the very end, I accidentally test the 
lock unlock feature with the doors open and unlatched.  Now I think 
that caused a problem because the actuators can no longer unlock the 
doors all the way.  It gets halfway and then there is too much 
resistance from the front latch and it requires human force to pull 
it all the way to unlock the door.  Does anyone know what I might 
have hurt and how I can fix it?
