Is this an attempt at moderation?  That is not why the DMCForum was created.
This is how people get to know each other, and eventually it will die down
and be back on topic.  The DML doesn't allow this part of a group.  Everyone
still respects and helps each other after the fires die down.

If you haven't noticed, the membership has been growing, quite possibly due
to the off-topic discussion being allowed.  Keep in mind that there are
people who are for the un-moderated list but will not say so publicly. Yet.

Such a shame. 3rd day in August and already up to 369 emails on the
list, yet, a small quantity is actually delorean related. I am
requesting nicely at the moment that you try to refrain from the
political and religious stuff. There are only 186 members, if this forum
is to ever be looked upon as useful for quick responses and problem
solving, then such extremely off topic is not needed.
