HP *CAN NOT* exist without torque. It's an _expression_ of torque
(measured at a certain number of RPMs). Try to define it independently
and you'll see. "HP vs Torque" is a red herring.
I have an 11:1 460 (factory, not built) in storage. I might let you
have it for the Vixen if you promise not to defang it with some silly
aftermarket FI kit. Will produce power for you well into the 3000 RPM
range, but you'll rarely find need to go up there (because of all its
TORQUE).
