I tend to eat out alot, so it is not like I can ask them to cook me a 
steak from an organically raised cow..

Eating healthy has become too inconvenient.. So I do my best with 
what I have... You gotta die of something!  :)

Just wish I could fit in to my old wet suit, those things are 
expensive!
