[DMCForum] Marriage Rights

I seldom get political, but this is a topic close to my heart.  Please, 
if you consider this spam, accept my apologies.  

If you care to voice an opinion about gay rights regarding marriage,

I am not gay, but many of my friends are and this issue is important 
to them.   For the record, I am not even legally married to the man 
I've lived with for 26 years because I think the whole concept of 
commitment is not a government issue.

I'm barely awake at this ungodly hour of the morning (OK, so it's 
after 11am), so forgive me if I'm babbling.
