[DMCForum] Locating wires

Me again. I'm hoping someone can tell me where to find one or more of
these wires/devices:

1. The interior light dimming "module"? Turns out mine works, but only
on the back light. I want to fix the front and it's wire has got to
end up at this module, wherever it's located.

2. The +12V for the brake lights - I'm hoping this runs through the
passenger compartment somewhere, perhaps where the relays are located?
I know where to find it at the back of the car (duh) but want to find
one closer to the passenger compartment if possible.
