9:00: PT Cruiser on ramps for oil change.
9:15: Clean up spilled oil.
9:20: Fill engine with new oil and test start.
9:20:30: Shut engine down due to defective oil filter gasket spraying 
engine oil everywhere.

9:24: Clean "Engine Brite" off DeLorean engine so I can get new 
filter for PT Cruiser.
10:06: Engine fails to start due to water in #3 & #6 spark plug wells.
10:35: Dry wells and trim wire boots to better seal the wells.
10:37: Discover HUGE friggin' crack in DeLorean distributor cap.
10:50: Purchase new filter and oil from K-mart for Cruiser.
11:07: Order new dizzy cap for DeLorean. ETA: 1:30 pm.
11:17: Arrive home.
11:30: Finish oil change and clean up Cruiser, ramps, etc.
11:48: Dismantle DeLorean fuel system and remove old cap to prepare 
for new cap.
12:30: Get stung on neck by bee or wasp.

As you can see, military folks can dick up more things before lunch 
than the average civilian can in an entire day.
