Correct, Tension on the Alternator/Waterpum belt is kept by
swinging out the Alternator, on the AC-belt you keep it tight
by moving the lower Idler-pulley down. Loosen two bolts,
then slide it down and tighten the bolts again.
Be carefull not to strip the threads from the block.
