[DMCForum] Re: More on the Scientific Method ??????????

There always was oil in the pan.

It also didn't squeak the entire time I had been cranking it. I kept
putting 10w30 in before I bought the Marvel Mystery Oil. Whenever the
gas would wash it away, I put more in.

Some people kept telling me, I shouldn't have to prime the oil pump.
Engine rotation alone should move the oil, so I didn't. The engine
never was able to suck it up so I kept putting it in the top.

Some folks told me that low oil pressure while cranking was normal and
acceptable.

At any rate, it's not for sale for one dollar, or 1,000 dollars. If it
eats itself, I know how to do a ring and bearing job.
