Travis, The chemical is good and there may be other opinions as to take out the manifold bolts, But heat will play a big role in expansion. It took me almost one hour and a propane torch which is not the hottest but ok to get a stud out of a starter. I know heat would make it harder to work on, but it will expand and loosen up quicker. Tuesday I began spraying all the bolts with penetrating oil and will be doing it every night until I actually get time to take them off. My question is this: What are the torque settings for the exhaust manifold? Yahoo!
