[DMCForum] A moderated version of the Forum?

I am in the process of having software written where there will be a nice
organized moderated digest version of the Forum for those who prefer such
a
format.  It should have each digest hyperlinked together according to
topic.

And as always, the live version will always be unmoderated.  Sometimes the
e-mail content becomes totally irrelevant, but many people would rather
decide content for themselves.  I feel it is important to support our
youth.
They are our future.
