Re: [DMCForum] vacuum for making D parts - was - Moderators

Now were talkin! I NEVER thought of that! I kinda like
the idea of a carbon fiber look to the Delorean. I
think it's about time that some one comes up with
optional skins for the D. Don't get me wrong, I love
the stainless, but it's getting so that you could buy
a whole good used car for the price of those elusive
front fenders. What about someone making the proper
molds to make actual s.s. parts on a small scale
setup. I know it would be a lot of initial money to
setup, but think of the rewards. The only thing is
they would have to come to the same fit and finish (or
better) of the original parts.
