I'm in the process of putting my a/c back in the dash after having to repair the evaporator. Tonight I got the first good look down the inside of the condensate drain tube from the passenger compartment end. It looks like on purpose there is a restriction just above the elbow. From the top it looks like you are looking down into a funnel that restricts the ID of the tube to about 1/2 of normal. Does anyone know a logical reason why it is like this? Wouldn't it be better to keep the ID of the tube at 100% all the way to reduce the chance of clogging? Walt ------------------------ Yahoo!
