Actually, it's a law in New Orleans.  You are required to have a drink in
your hand at all times.  Like in Hawaii when you get off the plane they give
you a lei (ha!) when you get off the plane in New Orleans they hand you a
Hurricane.  In a non-descript plastic cup of course.
