Re: [doc] fuel injector cleaning






hi Chris

wanted to tidy them up, as the whole engine.

as far as i can tell, electroplate should not affect their operation
as long as i don't do the tips.

then they will not rust.

i am hoping to take many brackets/bolts of and do the same.
in the long run, much cheaper than replacement na dkeeps original
parts.
obviously i will replace the critical bolts, like air intake, water
pump.

seems a shame to throw the injectors when they only have 14000 miles
and the tips look good.
am doing the valley of death-is halfords high temp engine enamel
good? perhaps blue.
