Just wondering what we know about this one?

Is it a 1983 as it says, or a 1982 as it says on their own website?


This is just a few miles from my house (and those on the Derbyshire run last 
wekend will have almost driven past it!!)

I remember seeing it on Ebay before with all those pink flowers in the 
background!
