Ok, so maybe the hot water makes the rubber pipes expand and fill the gaps? You will see Paul in a few days anyway, and all will be well with the world again lol.

No water comes out at all when its running... I just took it for a drive and all the fans came on when they were supposed to and shut off when they were supposed to. If I leave the car to become cold then the water starts to leak - IT ONLY HAPPENS IF THE CAR IS COLD.
