I did do some research into this and I believe that you can get a 
set from the Ford Cortina owners club, I think that they were about 
£15 per set (per calliper).

Unless the piston is heavily corroded there shouldn't be any need to 
change the piston it's self. 

Pop it out, use a bit of fine wet'n'dry with WD40 to remove any 
light corrosion and reinstall them with the new rubber seals and 
they should be like new.

It is normally the outer rubber flange that disintegrates and lets 
water sit around the piston and start corroding it, this is 
particularly common on cars that sit for 6-monts of the year.
