The BEEB have been in touch and it seems the show over ran. It is quite
possible that the actual "DeLorean" car film footage will be minimal of
non-existent.  There are loads of references and discussion of the car
which will definitely still be in. But I just wanted to let you all know
so as to avoid too much disappointment.

The facts are, there were 6 DeLorean cars on site during the filming of
the show, the special guest arrived in his new one, he drove his car
around the track (but not on film, but I have photo's) We 10 lucky club
member who were there had a great time, saw all the stars and cars, had
our photo's taken with them, sat in the special chairs on stage (photo's
in the next mag) had our cars greatly admired by all the other 400
guests. The stig even wanted his photo taken in "Backy"! 

BUT if you don't see much of it on the show, please don't be too
disappointed, we are on the nation's most popular TV car show, the car
WILL be talked about and exposed to millions of new folk. All positive
stuff. We have all done our best and I think we should all be proud.

Still greatly looking forward to Sunday evening........ try and spot
club members in the crowd. Clarkson even warned the load of pretty girls
(who were always stood in shot) to be careful because the "DeLorean lot"
were stood right behind them!  All good, harmless fun.
