[doc] BBC4 De Lorean/Early prototypes

Just watched the BBC 4 Documentary again and noticed that when the 
workers talk about the first compleated car coming out of the 
factory, the film shown, shows a DMC with sliding windows. If this 
was film of the first compleated car, does anybody know what happened 
to it(the car)? I didn't know of any of the sliding windowed dmc's 
ever being sold to the public, were they?

Also, does anybody know the where abouts of any of he prototypes? I 
heard somwhere that Lotus have one of them at one of their factories 
and that its fallen in to bad shape?
