[doc] Meeting up before Harpenden

Hi All

Slight change of plan due to Dave and Claire attending the Top Gear 
filming tomorrow. There's no point in meeting in Stevenage and therefor 
I suggest we all hook up at South Mimms services (A1/M25 junction). 
Ready to leave by 3:30pm! I will have all the tickets that Claire booked.
