My DMCH orders have never worked on their site.  I have always ended up
copying and pasting the info into an email to James directly.

Other than that the service is top notch!!!

Yes, we've taken to using Fax instead

One one occasion, sat here for a week patiently awaiting an order only
to find it never went through
