Hi Keith

On a hot day, my black D gets very hot if left in the sun. But unlike 
just about every other car in the world, you lose a great bubble of hot 
air when the door(s) is/are opened - hot air rises, and the doors form 
part of the roof., the interior is small, and the doors make up a large 
part of the "walls".

As long as your AC works, you'll be happy in either colour.
