[doc] Oil Pressure

Near enough the top of the guage when the engine's revving. That said, 
the original sensors are not well calibrated. Just remember that all 
other PRV equipped engines that I can find just relied on the oil 
pressure switch. Just check your switch works and worry if the light 
comes on under normal running.
