[doc] Light in Hazard Switch (again)

I just read a reply to me posted on the DML.
Now - 

Will the light in the hazard switch only light up when the headlights are on (low beam) ???

When I tried to get the light to work in the Hazard Switch I only had the parking lights turned on. (BTW - the headlight switch light works with the parking lights)
