[doc] Coil Lead Wire

I have a strange Coil Lead Wire on my car.

It seems to be stainless braided, then at the end a long black 
plastic protection wrap. Now, out of that comes a small tiny ground 
wire which are fastened on the top of the engine together with a few 
other wires.

I have a spare NOS coil lead wire.
I can easily replace my old one with the NOS.

BUT: The NOS one does not have the small tiny ground wire the other 
have. 

What's the deal here?
