[doc] Buzzing noise!

I'm trying to locate where an annoying buzzing noise is coming from.
Symptoms:

With the key in the 2 position (right before starting the car)
there is a buzzing sound from the rear. 

What is so special is that:

1) It doesn't buzz each time the key is in the 2 position, and
2) When it does buzz, there are only about 3 constant buzzes which 
last for the same amount of time, then no more buzzing. Reminds me of 
some sort of reset "back to basic" of an old computer *L*

In a few other cases, there is a totally different buzzer sound 
coming from the engine compartment (ignition coil?) which increases 
in volume before it disappears for good. Sounds like a high current 
buzzing noise.

The symptoms I have described...what can I do to fix them. I would 
think that even if it is a DeLorean ;) it shouldn't sound like this 
or?

PS! It's just fun working on the car right now...it's snow outside so 
I can't drive it anyway...winter is a good time to fix all the little 
things...
