Hi,

well done, congrats on getting your D' :-) I'm sure we all felt the 
same - mine was only a few short months ago and I still haven't 
stopped smiling. It will seem an eternity until 5th of June ... 
fingers crossed no delays !!.

- Aug 82 build would be classed as 83 for registration purposes in 
the UK of course, but I don't know if it works the same in UK? - the 
vin number / date sounds wrong though - I suspect its prob Aug 81 - I 
say this because mine is a later VIN 6772 and is NOV 81 ? still, 
you'll see when she arrives
