This is a very said day for me. It looks like my Delorean dream is over.
This tax increase thing coupled with the untimely death of my Vauxhall Astra, has meant that my hard earned saving and wheeler dealing on Ebay have had to be spent on a new 'sensible' car that I can drive to work in.
This is a real bugger, as I have been saving for quite some time now, and all was looking good.
But, I have to declare that I am out of the race to import a D (for the time being anyway).
I shall still remain a member of the DOC and look forward to meeting you all at future events.
Ride in a new Renault Scenic anyone???
- in fact, swap you a Renault Scenic anyone....hello....anyone...
