Yep, I had my letter too.  Thats HMC&E off the Christmas card list.

The thing I find hardest to swallow is duty on the shipping charge - if you 
buy a Hershey bar on holiday in the USA you don't have to pay VAT on it when 
you get home - so why do you have to pay VAT on shipping, which was arranged 
through a US company?

Grr.

Shall we get a petition going as well as writing individually, or create a 
generic letter we can all sign and send individually, or what or...?
