RE: [doc] Film BTTF Car for sale

According to Dave Howarth, it's a "ringer" in fact he sold the Engine out of
it to Andy Snell, and still has the gear box.

I don't KNOW any of this for sure, but Its what Dave believes.

I saw a TV show the other day with a chap who said he owned the Magnum car!

All.

The February edition of 'Classic & Sports Car" as a small article
detailing the sale of the Edinburgh 'Cars of the Stars" museum.
Whilst it is advertised as a £300,000 going concern, amongst the
vehicles offered 'for hire/sale' is 'one of the DeLoreans from Back
to the Future'.

When I last visited the larger Keswick museum the car displayed was
from BTTF-3, the one used in the scene where the car is pulled along
by the horses; as such much of the 'heavy' internals had been removed
(engine gearbox etc).

No prices are listed.

Alternatively the 'Moon Buggy' from UFO, 'Herbie', Magnums 308GTS, or
the Vanquish from 'Die Another Day' are available!
