The controller will only fire the cold start when the engine cranks and the
block is cold. It's v unlikely to go wrong. The cold start injector _could_
be injecting when not switched on, but IMO this is very unlikely - this thing
does very little work and I've never heard of one firing when it shouldn't....
but I'm not the most experienced person here :-)
