[doc] Ebay scam / spam message

  Just a quick note along the lines of the Paypal one - I received this 
today and other ebay users may well too. I immediately spotted this as 
not genuine as it was sent to a different e-mail address that I don't 
use for eBay. I've deleted the actual link but if you hover over it it 
send you somewhere totally different
