[doc] re new owner and HM customs

Hi all

Just wanted to say hello and let you know it is my car VIN 1621 which 
customs have rejected the %5 BTI.

i will keep you all informed as to the progress of the appeal.

i fail to understand how they can class the car as historic a short 
while ago and now they say it is not.

i think they have done this to swell the VAT mans pockets, and purely 
for that reason only.

The car is a 14000 mile one owner car with original bill of sale 
($26000), gas flap, black interior.
Started last 13 years ago so i may have a job or two!!! to sort out.
Looking forward to it though.
