[doc] Electrical Buzzing - Idle Speed Regulator

As some of you may remember, I mentioned earlier a nasty "high-
voltage" sound/buzzing coming from the rear of the car right before
starting.

Yesterday I finally managed to find out where the sound was coming
from.

It's the idle speed regulator.

It buzzes loudly when the key is in the 2 position (right before
starting)

It starts to buzz in a high-pitched voltage "on and off"-like sound
that get louder up to a point where the buzzing starts to decline and
more or less disappear.

When I touch the plug and wire going into it, this also affects the
sound of it.

My questions:
1) Is this condition dangerous in any way?
2) Should I replace the idle speed regulator?
3) Or could the wire going into the idle speed regulator be damaged?

Cheers,
Stian
