Can you get to them to drill out the broken bolts and then just replace them?

Subject: [DML] Fascia broken bolts

 

My wonderful mechanic broke off a number of bolts when removing my front and rear fascias.  I need a recommendation as to how to fix them.  They are mounted from the inside of the bumper and do not go all the way through, so putting a bolt through it will not work as they will be visible from the outside.  Purchasing new fascias will be quite expensive, so let me know if you have come up with a fix.

Any recommendations appreciated.
