Shannon is Megasquirted -- usual CIS rules don't apply. I believe he is using a stock intake manifold and throttle body however -- he should be able to use the brass manual idle screws to augment his new idle air valve if necessary. Does Shannon even have active idle control? (Versus cracked throttle plates). Irrespective, even my passive idle (carburetor) only drops ~50 RPM with the compressor.
