It's Chad's car. He can do anything he wants to it. Until someone else's name appears on the title, none of us has a vote. I met Chad for the first time at DCS. His taste in clothing may be a little off the main track, but he did not impress me as a madman. I am sure he is perfectly capable of making decisions about his own car.
