If an automatic, make sure the white/yellow and black wires at that red connector have good contact. In either case, make sure you have good continuity to ground at the start inhibit relay's yellow/white wire, which -- forgive my memory -- is either terminal 85 or 86, and a good 12v connection at terminal 30 of the start inhibit relay.
