Who needs cores on something like that that is 30+ years old and didn't work very well to begin with unless you're rebuilding them and passing them off as ( New and Improved ). I can repair them for $150.00 and give a lift warranty if they really want to save any money and keep the old unit. Any one that can read a simple instructions with a wire snip can splice in 4 wires. It's not that big of a deal if you want a new one not just a reworked one. I, on the other hand, have seen problems with them, due to that fact that some people just are not very good at cutting into and making wiring connections. --- In dmcnews@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, "John Hervey" <john@...> wrote: > > Doug, The units I sell you don't have to remove the old governor and there > is no core exchange and I have never had a problem. ------------------------------------ To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnewsYahoo!
