I will second Mark's assessment. You need to get the light box on the shift computer and see what it is commanding the valve body to do. You could nave a mechanical problem in the valve body. Make sure you have checked the fluid level as per the Workshop Manual. Also make sure the gearshift is adjusted correctly so you really are putting the transmission in D3 when you move the gear shift on the console. Also verify the adjustment on the cable from the throttle to the GC.
