I agree with Bob. Exclusion is a slippery slope and can become subjective. It is really best to hear everyone's thoughts anyway. Inappropriate behavior eventually fails to be acknowledged. A nominal fee would probably be the most effective way to get rid of intentionally rude folks but, not necessary in my opinion.
