There are also people who find the internet ordering easier. I am one of 
them and the reason is not my age or being used to the internet. I'm 8 time 
zones away from DMCH. It is a LOT easier for me to sit in front of my 
computer and punch in the numbers and see if I'm not making a mistake, at my 
convenient time. Or find the parts on a drawing and click "order" right 
away. Phone call is a great way to interact with people but when it comes to 
ordering parts internet is just easier and better being open 24/7. And in my 
case it has nothing to do with searching for the lowest price as suggested 
in another post.
