When I read "was not a 'nice guy' and destroyed many careers & lives along the way" I could not help think that that is not uncommon for sr management in many large corporations. With regard to goals, drivers and management style I doubt that JZD was much different than his peers. So when we ponder the life of JZD, do so in context of others ... just like we may compare the DeLorean to its peers at the time (vs now). Ethics and morality I have no comment.
