No charge, so the magazine they have to buy to get on DMC Help is free. That's good. There is no charge for DMCHelp.com membership or use. It's marginally more efficient to help people online, but most of us are staffed thinly enough that when we're helping someone on chat/email the phone is still ringing or already in our other ear. We definitely won't be giving up on the phones... We've had DMCHelp up since 2004 or 2005, I think - first as a "Groupee.com" site and a couple years ago we switched to vBulletin. the online chat/support ticket system was implemented before Warren retired at the end of last year. With the demise of DMCTalk, we did some final edits on many of tech knowledgebase entries that were in "draft" format and opened that part up, too.
